How to join on Linux Contest?
1. You must have a blog or website with at least 6 months of life and 20 posts.
2. You must review Smoking Linux and Linux Contest with an article in your blog or website.
3. Review must be at least 200 words long and linked on www.smokinglinux.com and contest post.
4. Review can be positive, negative and neutral but its content will must be genuine and unique.
5. Blog or WebSite with warez content aren’t allowed.
6. You must join on smokinglinux forum and post your site’s details.
7. You must wirte an Article or HowTo based on Linux and post it on smokinglinux forum (content must be in english)
8. You can make review in every language (Dutch, English, Italian, French, Spanish…)
How make points?
1. You will receive points by your Article/HowTo posted on smokinglinux forum.
2. You will receive points by number of visit from your website or blog.
3. You can receive additional points if a memeber join on smokinglinux forum with your referrer.
4. Member joined with referral must have at least 5 posts to be a valid user (SPAM PREVENTION)
Contest Duration is 3 months. We donate 3 Hosting Plans for 1st, 2nd and 3rd classified. Every hosting plan include 1 domain (.net .org .com), PHP5 and MySQL5, FTP access and Hosting Control Panel to manage services.
1st classified: 1GB of disk space, 5GB of transfer/month, 3 MySQL databases, 5 Emails.
2nd classified: 300MB of disk space, 2GB of transfer/month, 2 MySQL databases, 3 Emails.
3rd classified: 200MB of disk space, 1GB of transfer/month, 1 MySQL database, 1 Email.
